来杭州办事，再次住在这个酒店，酒店在装修，前台郑女士知道我对声音较敏感，特地帮我排到高楼层朝北的房间，这点很人性化，也很灵活，值得表扬！

庆春路附近算是最好的酒店了，四星可能牵强了点，性价比还可以，下次有事还会入住的。有个细节个人觉得算是五星服务了，下雨天，门童给进门的人套伞袋，说话也客气，像有些大的豪华的商场都没有这样的服务，都是让消费者自己拿塑料袋套

每次来都住这个酒店。这个酒店的软服务还是不错的，有时候运气好，还有免费餐券送！但是有一点就是感觉这个酒店每年都装修，去年外面搭架子，今年里面各种电转声。不过好在晚上不吵，可以安心睡觉。
