为酒店的前台服务点赞。首先，住店的时候，因为两天定了商务一天定了标间，以为要搬来搬去，酒店很贴心，主动免费把那一天标间升级成了商务。其次，因故最后一天订房要提前取消，但因通过代理，无法退款，经协商，酒店同意不收代理的钱，前台那一天刚好培训，工作人员本来就紧张，全程都是潘经理处理的，我多次致电携程，酒店也和携程联系，在潘经理的斡旋下，终于退款成功。坦白说，住了那么多酒店，没有遇到过如此人性化的服务。
相比对面的银江，五洋各方面都会略胜一筹。

地段极佳，旁边100M大超市、楼下有咖啡店、吃的地方都很方便。酒店服务好、整体住的感觉比较温馨，下次如果出差还会来！
