经常来住的，非常好的服务，酒店在市中心，位置相当好，环境比较好，闹中取静，房间挺干净的，还有前台服务态度也好，大堂经理是真的热情，挺喜欢这个酒店的

停车位少只有路面的，刚进酒店大厅一股老牌酒店起息，但是进入房间后，有惊喜。房间应该都重新装修过，很干净整洁，我家宝宝也很喜欢。性价比还是挺高的，对这次入住比较满意，我很少点评，觉得还是需要写点什么来表示对这个酒店的肯定。

这边交通便利，跟地铁很近，环境优美，而且周边游玩的地方很多，服务员的素质都很高，服务的都挺到位的，服务好，房间漂亮，性价比超高！好评！推荐

首先在入住时，前台专业，服务态度很好，免费升级了房间，送了小朋友小礼物（玩偶），其次住房方面，硬件过硬，隔音效果好，和父母两间房，晚上入睡时没有一点杂音，很舒服！最后早餐还是可以的，比较丰富，现煮的馄饨很美味，希望酒店越来越好，明年去杭州还是会入住。

地理位置方便，整体还不错！酒店服务很热情周到，卫生打扫的很干净，距离办事的地方很近步行就能到达，酒店环境非常好，前台服务超赞，因为入住较晚，加之第二天一早要赶飞机，酒店前台得知特意询问我需不需要叫醒服务，感谢他们的细心照顾，很温馨，有种回家的感觉，早餐也是超级棒棒哒 酒店的服务好的没话说了， 服务员很有礼貌，随时微笑打招呼， 早餐不错，酒店位置蛮好的，设施也不错 第二次转回来入住，真心推荐这家酒店，细节做得很到位。
