先说好的:房间很干净、早餐很丰富、前台及大堂服务人员热情周到，点赞！后说需要改进的:一是房间楼道的服务人员、保洁员应该在热情一下，不能冷漠的脸一脸茫然;二是房间内是否可以配一下垃圾桶;三是房间内洗手间应该做一下加香处理，多少有点异味！
