5.1期间入住，住满了所以没有升级，房间离前台很近，出入方便。
周边景色还是很美的，每天还送了水果～
房间里就容下一张大床，稍有些拥挤，放东西的位置有限😂房间需要打扫的话要和前台说一声～
走的时候还送了2小罐茶叶，不错的一次入住体验

夜晚到达，酒店前台跑来接我们，好暖！服务人员帮一直帮我们提行李箱！进入房间，酒店人员早已打开空调帮忙暖好了房间！二楼的阳光房彩光很好，很明亮。早餐特别丰盛，是自助形式，管饱，管够，很有南方特色！出门去景点最近的一个是花港观鱼，步行10多分钟，方便。适合老人，小孩住。酒店人员热情周到，为旅行增色不少！

虽然来杭州数十次了，但到西湖玩还是第一次，夫妻俩人两日游，来之前网上作了功课，查景点，查路线，查酒店，最终败给了网评数量选择了茶墅，酒店环境很好，交通方便，设施齐全，卫生整洁，适合家庭来玩。就是时间太紧希望下一次来能多住几天。
