被宰了，一套洗漱用品上面没写价格，以为是是一次性的，拆开用了一个牙刷，结果退房的时候收了38,再三确认没有贴价格才拆的，需要的消费的都贴了价格的，结果退房非说贴了价格。关键里面没放其他一次性牙刷，因为住了俩人，到处翻看就一套这个，还特意打电话让服务员送一只牙刷来，糊里糊涂就被消费了

酒店就在钱塘江边上不远，晚上可以看夜景，坐公交去西湖也很方便，只是对我这个睡硬板床的人来说床太软了，周边吃的较少，可以考虑在酒店二楼用餐，价格还可以。
