位置优越，周边有银泰，国大，武林等大商场，离地铁站也不远。设施齐全，注重细节处理，让人觉得很贴心。最满意的是有天台可以晾晒衣物，满足旅客出行在外的需求，超赞！唯一的不足是房间普遍偏小。

酒店闹中取静，无论去哪个景点都非常方便，在酒店退房后有东西忘记拿了，酒店主动与我联系，并且帮忙寄回，特别感谢酒店房嫂和前台服务员，下次来杭州还会继续选择这里！
