位置不错，不过管理一般，需要加强，还有房间整理太慢太乱，另外一楼有一些吵，位置一般，适合仅仅需要落脚点，对杭州很熟悉的人，

缺点：设施很旧、洗澡的地方很小，门锁总出问题，前台看到地方卫生部门给酒店的评价是C级（A最好，B次之，C一般）房价与这些状况不符，性价比较差；优点：网速还可以，离西湖走路20来分钟

仅仅是为了方便工作才不得不入住该酒店，门卡总失灵，现在自己都会修理了，房间设施陈旧，但床上用品到也还干净，网速倒也还挺快。
