不错的酒店，房间干净，设计清新，早餐也非常好，是一个非常值得推荐的好酒店。特别是他位于杭州商业气氛很浓的双菱路上，饭店非常多，服装店也很有特色。门口又有一个很大的超市，非常方便

床超级大，满意！不过因为靠窗户，窗帘拉开就很吵了，不能拉窗帘，其他都很好，床头还有个镜子，还是有情趣的。总体感觉很好，就是酒店楼道理有味道，很潮湿，有馊味道

住的是豪华间因为是新装修的，感觉挺好的，床也很舒服，被子是羽绒被 唯一不好的是隔音效果太差了，就连隔壁打个喷嚏都能听到，更别说我们住的隔壁间一直说话还有小孩子吵，感觉就会很吵没办法睡觉，住了一个晚上要求换房却被告知只有商务房，去看了一下房间差不多但是商务房的床比较硬，所以建议如果要去入住的朋友还是住豪华的差不了多少钱

房间还宽敞，但是卫生间不理想，还漏水的。酒店位置还可以，到西湖10来分钟的路程

酒店到办公位置非常方便，梅雨季节过后，走廊味道比较难闻，但内部清洁度很好，也很安静
