酒店环境可以，就是服务员态度有问题，奶奶的，我订了商务房，给我的却是普通房间，而且还有一间客人睡睡没有打理的。我是醉了，我发现下去交涉，服务员还装聋卖哑，被训了一顿，才给我换房间。
