优点：1.离着杭州东站很近，出站十分钟左右就到。
2.老板很热情，提前一天打电话确认，一个小伙子还特地来车站接我们
3.电梯出入都要刷卡，比较安全。
4.楼底下小吃很多，解决早餐不成问题。
不足：1.为甚间太小了，淋浴朋友设计的有问题，水很容易弄到外边，浴帘形同虚设。
2.房间卫生状况还需改进。

总体说来不算太好，晚上太吵，路边的房间过往的车辆吵。淋浴房太小，转身困难，整体比较干净，也许酒店式公寓都这样吧！
