离西湖很近出游方便,周围交通便捷可以到很多其他的景点。性价比很高如果是四个人住的话是非常合算的，公寓式酒店也算一次全新的体验。

地铁一号线出来步行十分钟就到了，周边还有很多公交到各景点，附近有湖滨银泰和杭州解百，购物吃饭都很方便。

装潢比较一般 2张床 软硬不同 被子啥不是特别干净 有点潮湿的感觉 晚上有蚊子 厕所有些异味 对面是吴市街 晚上结束 地上是一塌糊涂

怎一个差字形容。一进门电话机旁用过的套套，洗到一半没热水，烧了一晚上第二天早上又洗了一半，柜里都是上批客人的东西。跟老板反映态度恶劣。

非常好，是我住过性价比最高的地方，环境很好，交通方便，离西湖也很近，老板也很好，我们到的时候刚下过雨，老板还开车去地铁站接我们，非常感谢，下次再来杭州还会来这里住的。
