这是一家垃圾酒店！卫生极差！服务态度也非常差！要加被子还要单加费用！我住了这些年酒店没遇过这么差的！室内设备乃碰旧不堪！定了房还不能退这事道还有这样的霸王条款！希望大家记住这个酒店名子～杭州伊麟酒店式公寓东方金座店。

网上订好亲子房，到店没房，办理登记的环境比较乱，折腾3个小时后说换到汉庭(价格低100多)，非常糟糕的体验。
