今年春节入住该酒店，酒店整体环境比较干净，房间住宿比较舒适，床上物品、洗漱用品都很干净，管理也比较规范。我们要求换房，酒店也不漫天要价，能满足我们要求。酒店离杭州火车东站较近，步行十分钟即可到达。出行较方便。

住了半天1018房，半夜受不了空调出风口响，半夜4点起来换房，客服不错，帮换了，同层的小套间，有个小客厅，其他都好，就是窗口外面是铁路，半夜火车过都会鸣笛和响，也不算太影响睡眠。但是隔壁房间的电视在床头位置，基本隔壁开很小声电视，都像在头顶响，听得清清楚楚。估计就隔块木板。早上7点开始开电视了，叫前台去沟通，打了三次电话前台都没去。自己过去敲门了。很好讲，马上关了
