酒店很陈旧，空调噪音大，卫生间的集成吊顶居然少二块板子，预定的三人间从380涨到450，实际入住价格是550.价格很混乱，前台很傲慢，入住体验差，不推荐。

酒店位置极佳，距离西湖百米，距离银泰和地铁站三四百米，距河坊街吴山广场二百米，晚上安静，没有杂七杂八的骚扰，周边马路也是散步的绝佳去处，购物过条马路就是家乐福。在众多好处面前，酒店房间老旧，卫浴设施堪称古董等也都能忍了。

饭店位置不错，离西湖很近。到柳浪闻莺步行即可。坐7路和822到景点也很方便。到仿古街很近。前台的服务员态度很好。酒店属于军区招待所，老的饭店，但还干净卫生。
