总体打分我只想给一分。1，也许是因为周末去的、价格是469，性价比不高。2，房间里没有电话，有什么事情找酒店要自己用手机打电话，而前台反馈什么信息需要敲门站在门口说，很业余。3，房间里隔音效果相当差，楼下冲个马桶洗个澡的流水声音仿佛就在你身边…4，酒店拖鞋袋子上写非赠品，我就想说这拖鞋大概不是一次性的，是重复利用的吧？5，其实该酒店可能总共也就五六间房间，房间空间也狭小，与其他酒店的楼间距可能因为规划问题、也很近。6，卫浴设施环境水平可能连差一些的小快捷酒店都不如，这样的环境容易让人怀疑浴巾干净不？？7，窗帘破旧、一副房间根本没工作人员进行维护的样子……所以性价比不高、空间不大、设施不好、服务也差。哦、对了，找不到吹风机，找前台，前台也需要在房间找半天才能找到具体在哪个抽屉……

位置就在青之坞里面，很好找。前台小姐姐给我们免费升级大床，房间很大，还有个露台可以在外面乘凉。周围吃的也很方便，晚上还挺安静的。下次再来还会住这家！

民宿的物品用心，木头梳子，拖鞋和木头牙刷都很好。床品也不错，干净整洁。位置很好，挨着植物园，距西湖苏堤1.6公里，整片都是绿树环绕，不临大马路，也不在青芝坞主道上，动中取静。我订的是套房，放东西的地方稍显不足，另外一个连大酒店也无法避免的问题就是隔音还可加强。总之，推荐，性价比很高。
