本来定的复式双层房 到了酒店需要等待1点才有 客服说加100可以住看到西湖的房间 不想等就同意了 结果西湖看到一个角 所谓复式双层只不过是在大床上加个阁楼...更无语的是餐桌挡在床后 大衣柜挡在沙发后 镜子挡在沙发后...卫生间太小转身都困难..我只想说就是临时弄出来个房间 50多平？30多差不多快500元了直接住5星了哦

一般，和想象的不一样。先前的房间异味特别大，和前台说还不愿意，后来自己进房间也闻到了很大的发霉了的气味之后给调了一间房子。卫生太差，宝宝穿着袜套不一会脚底就是黑的。我真的不清楚这个酒店为什么会有那么多好评。不过前台的男士比较好，不知什么时候跑进房间的大爬物，打电话就进房间帮我拿走了，不然我和孩子吓死了。
