酒店毫无诚信，订了豪华大床，却给了普通大床房。而且事后拒绝调换房间。找到平台协商，也还是拒绝的态度。而且房间设施与网站宣传，极不相符，设施非常差，淋浴设备都是坏的！房间卫生也堪忧，床单上有杂物！从来见过如此差的酒店，比快捷酒店还不如！
