凌晨1点左右到达酒店，前台睡眼朦胧，忽悠说酒店预订部门下班了，即使我在艺龙网预订该酒店，是没人接收订单的，既然你们预订部门下班了，就应该在下班时间关闭网络房态，既在艺龙网售卖酒店房间，酒店内部又没人接收订单，你这不是自相矛盾吗？前台一副死要拒人于千里之外不罢休，服务态度与酒店设施形成鲜明对比。凌晨1点入住，也是要求12点退房，毫无人性化可言。唯一欣慰的是酒店房间硬件设施不错，性价比很高。

这个酒店只能用无语表述，睡到晚上1点左右，3楼KTV的低音炮非常具有震撼力，即使是我这样一个睡觉不受外界环境影响的人也受不了，一家三口只能睁着眼睛听歌了。那时那刻，烦躁的杀人的心都有，好好的来旅游，不让人睡觉，住酒店干嘛的？跟总台反应还态度不好，好像我们挑剔似的。一开始我还以为就我们房间这样，后来发现其他房间也这样。当然，后来在我们的再三交涉下给我们提供了另外一间房，但一间大床房住不下三个人，而且一夜被折腾的睡意全无，第二天基本上在朦胧中度过了一天。差评，必须差评！
