这次假期提前两天预定的，性价比还不错。免费升级了豪华标间。入住时出现了小意外，很客气的给我们换了一个房间，并主动要求陪同去医院，挺好。全五星好评。

酒店设施很新 不错 服务也很好 交通很方便 离地铁一号线滨和路站很近 走路估计需要二十分钟 可以直接乘地铁去西湖玩 西湖的风景很好 很美 酒店楼下有大型超市 还有美食街 不错 不过杭州的消费相比别的城市还是稍贵的
