公寓老板很热情，会根据客人实际需要升级房间，根本不计较自家成本，酒店位置非常理想距离音乐喷泉太近了下楼2分钟，房间很暖和屋内设施齐全包括茶具灶、炊具这是没想到的，房卡密码设置免去客人去服务台麻烦，可惜没有照片因为着急走，我在来杭州还住您这，给打个折哦

其它就不细说了，隔壁就好象用板隔似的，打呼噜都能听见，没法入睡，投诉处理，一直说抱谦，所以只能值这个分了！

地理位置一级棒，就在西湖音乐喷泉边上。定的是七楼2室一厅套房。从窗户看楼内圈六楼竟然有楼顶花园。好多小鸟孩子喜欢。另外说一句 七楼走廊南头有个小阳台 可以直接看音乐喷泉，虽然只有半个湖面，但总比去人挤人的湖边数人头强
