前台年纪有点大，态度很冷淡，在我询问能否楼层高一点的情况下还是给了我一楼，整个过程没有微笑没有眼神交流，其他还好，心理预期不高的情况下这种类型的酒店不会有什么不到位的，该有的都有。到达那天夜间有点冷，想开热空调，一直是冷风，后来前台告知只有冷风，因为进入夏季了，统一只有冷风了……马桶坐垫上有小黑丝，其他都算可以。住宿有免费停车场，保安态度比前台好。

环境卫生不錯，房间非常大，两个一米五的床，带着小孩睡得很舒服，卫生间也很大，淋浴室和坐厕都是隔开的。卫生间还放着一个晾衣架，不用为衣服洗好没地方晾而烦恼了，其他酒店一般都没有的，这个我最喜欢。离西湖不远，一路走过去还有一片很美的竹林。
