玉泉饭店就在浙江大学的校门口,离杭州植物园很近,去西湖也不远,离"山外山"很近,酒店服务也不错,就是价格很贵.三百多的标间,竟然是最古老的小电视机.如果不考虑价格,单独住宿环境还是很好的.

服务态度很好，并且很好协商，比如因为中午12点之前赶不回宾馆退房，提前打个电话就可以为你免费延时一到两小时，非常人性化！

挺好的，订玉泉山庄图的就是离浙大玉泉校区近，离植物园近。300左右的价格也还是可以让人接受。

酒店装修旧了,感觉至少已经将近20年了,呵呵.但是离浙大玉泉校区很近,办事很方便,还有早晨起来跑步的话,应该是好路线,空气真好,风景又美.还是很爱杭州.

离浙大近，价格实惠。设施就般般了！延时退房再住变成一天半了，规则不合理。网线不通打电话为电脑值班，睡社会主义觉了！

其实都还好，就是设施比较旧了，希望能装修一下。前台服务人员可能暂时没培训好，新人结帐比较慢。不过，所有工作人员态度不错。
