位置还不错，离城站地铁站比较近，去西湖等景点都比较近。就是房间太小了，床也小。日常两百多一晚上，过年期间去的三百多四百一晚上，性价比一般般吧。

卫生间你牙刷都没有放，淋浴间的地漏堵死了，洗澡都没有办法洗，退房办理等了很长时间，这酒店太差了，还不如快捷酒店。

以前去杭州，经常住南宋御街，这次中意的没房型，改选了赞成的家庭房，入住后，空间大，房型好，床也大还赠送了早餐，比以前住的好了不知多少，以后去还住他家，唯一有点遗憾的是，388的晚餐套餐有点坑，可能是过年，所以也理解。总之总体满意。忘了说了其实它离南宋御街才十几分钟路。
