酒店不錯的，雖然是老店，設施存舊些，但還是非常乾淨的，熱水也非常大。服務員工作非常耐心仔細，晚上休息非常安排，屬於鬧中取靜。關鍵房間裡有免費WIFI方便上網。周圍有許多小吃，杭州東站坐地鐵只需三站，交通非常便捷。

致远位于省教育大楼内，从绍兴方向过去下高速，进杭城后沿艮西路通环城北路直线在建国北路转至文辉路321号，就在大路边，非常好找，停车方便。离西湖文化广场很近，靠京杭运河边，对岸就是杭大。地铁站也近，吃饭地方多，值得推荐。就是房间旧了些。
