早餐实在不怎么样，吃了三天都一样，品种单一，也不热乎。酒店位置很好，托福考场就在三四楼，闹中取静，离地铁站很近几分钟，离西湖三站（地铁），酒店后边就是文化广场，银泰百货，吃饭购物都很方便。还有订的大床房，确实大👍

首先，前台服务真的很差，前台办理开房手续脸黑着，一脸不耐烦的样子，市井小店的服务都比这强多少倍。房间设施太旧了，90年代的设施吧，520块的房间200块都不值，性价比太差了，自助早餐更不用说了，无语，性价比最差的一次住宿体验，只住这一晚上，赶快退房换酒店。酒店离西湖文化广场地铁站很近，附近吃的也蛮多。

除了比较方便以外，真心不知道说什么好。前台没人，过道很热，房间设施老旧，甚至按钮开关安装都不整齐！！四百多一天真的不值～～～～不值得推荐
