前台服务员服务冷淡，对人爱理不理。
第二天一点左右回房间，还没打扫卫生，并且开两天房，房卡给我开一天的，还要我下楼再刷房卡，对工作的失误，一点歉意都没有并且。
不谈酒店的设施咋样，就凭这服务态度，不会再来了。

大热天房间不给开空调，只给把小风扇，前台解释中央空调不是说转冷气就能转冷气，需要调试，但你丫的，你大厅跟房间过道怎么就能开冷气，吐槽
