酒店前台早晨结账时服务非常差，很有礼貌的跟她说退房的事情，自始至终拉着脸一言不发，爱答不理！理解早晨退房时候会比较忙，但是住了几十次这个酒店了，最近几次觉得服务越来越差了！

早餐很好，订房时备注里添加下需要早餐，就50一位，否则80一位，酒店周边交通便利，购物出游都很方便，出酒店大概步行10多分钟，就到了西湖边，我和朋友去转了转，下午我们在酒店里的旅行社订了一日游乌镇，一日游苏州，因为当天到的比较早，还在旅行社包了辆车，别克六座，由于下午包车收了300元，师傅带我们西湖周边转了转，去了雷峰塔，门票40元，看了看断桥，还带我们去了西湖龙井村，品尝了狮峰龙井，不错。都没有强制购物，很好，但苏州有个玉石参观的，里面人挺能忽悠，大家别买，就可以了。
