Check-in时前台的接待热情不够，操作比较机械化。
房间设施中规中矩，WiFi信号很好，网速也很快。地理位置绝对优越，步行十分钟即可抵达西湖边，饭后好去处。热水足够大，靠马路的窗也都是双层玻璃，基本隔绝了一般的噪音。在此不得不提的是杭城司机的素质，喇叭声此起彼伏、连绵不绝，这不是一个希望升级到国内一线城市所应有的景象！
