我是过来浙大考试的，前一天晚上住到了这里。前台很冷淡，和她们说艺龙上预定的过了一会儿才回你。房间里是日光灯，没有暖色等，不是很舒服。设施旧，地毯比较脏，有两块地毯上还有着较大的油渍。显得很脏。位置倒是很好，不然不会这么贵。还有，我晚上感觉冷了，叫服务员送了一床被子，然而被单上还有不知道是谁的尿液的黄色污渍，很是恶心。希望你们能做出改进，居住体验很差！！
