我所住过的杭州最差的酒店！设备老化严重，卫生间墙面渗水墙纸起皮，窗帘估计有几年没洗了吧！昨晚回到宾馆打开空调发现没有冷风，打电话到客房中心说：根据杭州市人民政府的规定在一定的温度下不能开空调主机！真是开国际玩笑和奇葩的答复！说给我搞个电风扇来吹一吹！经投诉到前台后要求当日值班经理出面来回答我为什么不能开空调的问题，值班汪经理十几分钟后到来说为了照顾我己经把中央空调主机打开，再三强调说是浙江省杭州市二级政府的规定！问她拿文件来看让我自己去网上查。还说我强词夺理！我是消费者来你宾馆消费开个空调也不行？该汪姓经理态度恶劣！有损该宾馆和杭州市的型像。另外也向艺龙旅行网投诉一下！你们是怎么审核该宾馆的硬件设施和服务质量的！希望给我一个明确的答复！
