酒店服务很好，中秋佳节让我感受到了家的温暖，入住期间还给我们送来睡前牛奶和月饼，打扫卫生的大姐也好热情，看到都会和我们打招呼，住了三天每天都会给打扫房间，每天玩回来房间干干净净的！酒店去西湖很方便，门口就会有直达公交车，反正不懂问下前台都会告诉我们！明年如果来杭州一定还住这，推荐！设施能再新一点就更完美啦！
