这么奇葩的酒店第一次遇到，前台拿着身份证跟你确认信息，要证明你是你，却没有任何侵犯住客权益的自觉，还说是酒店根据公安局派出所的规定，最高主管是个黑壮妇女，只会跟住客比谁音量高，带的团队有样学样，完全没有正常服务态度，点的外卖不准送到房间，非要住客下来拿，请问酒店制定规定有任何考虑服务顾客吗？不准上楼就升级刷卡上电梯最省事，也不用都这么趾高气扬对外卖小哥和住客，最烂的酒店住店体验，没有之一，远离智尚～～～

酒店服务好，位置好，就是这几天天气不好，每天下雨，酒店床好大，舒服，不怕宝宝掉下来，房间卫生干净整洁，看着舒服，毛巾浴巾很干净，柔软，给宝宝用很放心，房间每天都有人打扫，还每天送免费的矿泉水，性价比高
