房间潮湿，墙上的呢子都掉了，房间有霉味，升级了房型加了60还是一样，携程上显示168然后要按198进行价钱，根本就不值198。床单污渍，两块毛巾还有一块是湿的，不会再来第二回了。谁来谁知道！

艺龙旅行网单方面取消菜鸟酒店住宿2天的订单，哎，艺龙换给我的杭州尊凯连锁(华坞)酒店，3楼KTV唱歌到深夜1点多，靠近马路边，唱歌声音汽车声音热闹中迷迷糊糊睡着，孩子去杭州师范大学考试要安静，哎哎......。酒店房间5楼在的卫生间漏水，为了不影响孩子心情，都不愿意和酒店老板说卫生间漏水，担心提出换房间和酒店老板发生矛盾吵架，第2天酒店老板感觉不好意思来维修，结果酒店老板技术不行维修不好。
老板态度好，房间比较大，干净，热水使用方便，上下电梯。不包括干净是卫生间因为漏水了，第2天我问老板娘拿了吸水拖把，孩子进去拖地一下。
