  这个酒店房间东西没有检查好就来污蔑我们，非要说是我们把他们东西用了，我还是他们家的老顾客，前台的态度极其恶劣，这就是酒店的服务态度吗？这样的污蔑和态度对我们的心里造成了极大的伤害，出来玩本来心情很好，却被这样的前台搞的难受。15块钱的东西我没用就是没用，非说是我们用的。自己怎么检查？没检查好就把客房给顾客，对顾客进行污蔑黑钱？
