前台接待人员的态度和效率太低，业务不熟悉，结果导致客人久等…去咨询补办手续时碰到男汉族领班在和前台和女接待人员聊天，问询几遍二人都是不爱搭理的态度…傲慢…

房间内设施还可以，就是卫生间太陈旧，淋浴设施还是老式的使用起来很不方便，一楼大厅服务台共见到四位服务员，除了一位维族服务员很有礼貌，其她三位都是面无表情，毫无礼貌待人，让人不舒服，原想多住几天，感觉很不满意，就住了二天，移居天津国际酒店换换服务…
