酒店的收费物品摆放混乱，例如收费茶叶（8元一包）与免费速溶咖啡放在同一个盒子上，且价目单上没有茶叶一项，退房结账才得知收费，感觉就是个坑，另外，前台说房间里有多用充电器，可我们根本没看见，却说要扣费，交涉半天，他们自己核对后才放行，真耽误时间。

酒店真的不怎么好，很不愉快，卫生打扫不及时，房间味道很大，可能在名族地区吧！但是卫生真的很差劲，手机放在房间里，过会屏幕上全部是灰尘，置物架上手一模全是灰，然后我定的房间是带早餐的，住了四天，全程没有人提醒，也没有给早餐卷，说是这个你自己知道不用提醒，这是前台小姐姐说的，说他们哪里不用早餐卷去餐厅带上房卡就可以吃，可是我不知道呀，直到退房的时候问了一下我们房间到底带不带早餐，她说带，你自己不去吃，然后保洁说我们打破了一个女士高脚杯，谁会用酒店的杯子，还好我提前拍照了，解释清楚了然后那个镜子真脏，感觉很不好，挺好的心情影响很大，女朋友说下次不要在来这一家了，可能以后也不会去了，总之很糟糕的服务
