订的单间，到酒店后升级成了套间，物超所值，酒店地段不错，环境还可以，服务员态度好，无线wifi信号一般

但对于前台的服务员不敢恭维，已办理退房，想上厕所（同事还有另一个阿姨也想去），第一次前台指引去九楼，到了九楼搞卫生的让去8楼，到了8楼都没找到，返回前台咨询，对方很直接的说：干嘛不退房前上好厕所呢！当时内心好泪崩（丢了一句：你能预订设计好你几点钟上厕所吗！）太没人情了，最后另一个前台用麦喊8楼才开房的厕所。
无微笑服务也罢，最起码请温柔对待他人。

经常住这家酒店，处于交通重要位置，周边环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，主要是房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床、叫醒服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住
