団結広場のすぐそばにあり、街の各所へのアクセスは良い。ホテル自体は清掃は行き届いているが、シャワールームの排水口から下水の臭いが上ってきたり、部屋に設置されたクーラーから漏水して絨毯が水浸しになっていたりと、設備が古いことは否めない。
