设施非常陈旧，空调不够热，噪音极高。卫生也很差，走廊里到处是痰。 携程艺龙订性价比差，据工作人员说直接订酒店，温泉有优惠，艺龙并没有。 好在工作人员服务都挺好，温泉的确不错。

网上评价不一，亲自去看了下才定的。首先，服务态度，非常好，有任何问题立刻解决。其次，每天送一份新鲜水果和牛奶。第三：房间非常大，制热效果也很好，房间自带的温泉池用起来很方便。第四：餐厅又实惠又美味～本来定一天的，体验感很好，又定了一天～值得去～

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

送了吃的和两瓶酒，木屋和至尊泉都是在温泉里面的，温泉中心的前台个别服务员态度比较高冷，不太爱搭理，但是后勤服务的阿姨态度非常好，而且预约的不要早去，因为你要等到下午两点，去玩的话还算值，也值得再去，唯一的败笔可能就是前台的服务态度！
