硬件还不错，环境较好，目前只开部分别墅，相信后续设施会更好。br不少管理细节需要提升，如结账开票效率，早餐质量水平，房间防虫蚊等还需要更上一层楼。br相比苏北大环境，温泉一号还是可圈可点的，毕竟不能跟涉外国际知名连锁酒店比，内资品牌还有很多潜力可挖。

环境还不错但不适合小朋友去，温水池没有浅水区。有点不舒服的是本来说好温泉有优惠的，结果结帐的时候还按原来的算。

酒店距离市区较远，交通不是很方便，周围环境不是很好，房间不错，比较干净，室内可以一家人洗温泉，比较合适

不错，很适合带老人一起去。里面还有温泉可以泡，价位也还可以。就是位置偏了点，附近没什么好逛的，去的话就是泡泡温泉。开车的话可以去盱眙吃龙虾。
