房间设施较为陈旧，有点异味，建议适时重装。但酒店服务态度较好，温泉还是不错的，不过可以在温泉区多提供浴巾，方便游人更换使用。附近船上的龙虾真心不错！

不推荐大家选择！性价比真的不高。房价并不便宜，它还是一个房间入口，很狭窄，然后里面分成五间，每间很小，不超过12平方，因为在一个大门厅里，不安静，房间也就小了，并没有介绍那么大，服务员说含房间外的区域，我哑了，怎么不把大堂也算上啊？！下水不下水，根本无法洗澡，洗了一半脚泡在脏水里，无法继续，凑合了一晚，下次不会来了。不值得！但早餐不错，丰富！

第一次入住淮上明珠，房间够大就是太旧了，感觉太脏，早餐品种太少了，酒店内有温泉但是万另外付钱，总体来说一般般
