酒店硬件相当好，但是但是我们去的那天那么闷热，竟然不开空调不开空调！要命了，孩子一身汗，特别闷热，为了开窗透气蚊子跑进来，开窗都还是很热。把娃的腿都叮肿了，然后前台服务很慢，明显感觉经验不够，要求三点后入住，十二点前退房，真心的，不是已经定好了，真想走了。酒店其他都不错，服务没跟上，早餐很好很美味，餐厅在节假日这么好的环境下竟然只卖套餐，很郁闷不给点餐，想点些特色的孩子吃的都不行。酒店靠着古镇，去镇上吃吧，不贵。周围还有洪泽湖大坝景区。说说温泉，水都很深的颜色，估计节假日人太多，拖鞋这些臭臭的，池子还蛮多的，地面都是水，容易滑倒。孩子还是玩的很开心的，推荐本地特色菜，鱼小圆，稻小虾，咻螺蛳

酒店比较新，硬件挺好，就是温泉比较小，档次不高。周围都是农村，环境不错，就是比较野了，早餐还可以！碰到节假日，服务有点跟不上。总体还可以。提醒一下房间设施要加强管理，故障问题比较多，还有隔音不好！有机会还会去入住！
