酒店环境整洁、干净，装修有气派，服务员态度亲切，房间宽敞、卫生很好，所有用品档次较高，餐厅菜品味道不错，且价格便宜。总体性价比很高，真是二星价格五星享受。值得推荐！

周边环境真的不错，设施也比较新。行政中心，大剧院，图书馆，森林公园，隔壁就是社区健身中心，在淮安算是数一数二的周边环境。

一如既往的好。豪华漂亮，干净卫生，是我住过的最好的维也纳。早餐丰富，尤其是小馄饨好吃。服务人员热情周到。就是蚊子有些多，半夜被咬醒，找到驱蚊器才解决问题。
