因为我们的问题，导致消防喷头破坏，找来店长后，非但没有斥责反而是一起修复，还换了个房间，包括前台，保安大叔和店长，所有人态度都很和蔼，非常非常感谢店长，然后对我们造成的损失表示抱歉，真的对不起了，祝生意兴隆！！

酒店还可以，但安全不好，半夜三更，睡的正香，突然门被打开了，能把人吓死！要求调监控发现是男性工作人员，没有敲门，直接夜里把门打开的。
