差评，服务态度跟说不明白话一样。明明定了2个标间，就因为用了一个人的名字，前台自己就拿主意给取消了，携程打电话说没有大床房让我们定标间，来了以后说有大床，标间就一间，然后还的加钱。什么玩意，明明网上订好了，来了没房间，还让我们给携程商量，太没有责任了酒店，服务员还说不明白话，在 也不会来了，差死了。

酒店位置不错，设施也可以。强过三星，基本达到四星标准。俯瞰淮河。
但是早晨六点多七点多被人两次刷开房门，幸亏有反锁没打开。
真心的毫无安全感！这恰恰是宾馆最基本的保障
还有烧水壶里还有前面的人剩的半壶水...
基本说来酒店的管理对不住酒店得档次

酒店不大，但位置很好，房间设施非常好，很干净，就在淮河边，距离闹市中心很近。酒店前台服务可以，就是餐厅还没开业，但由于市里小饭店很多，所以不影响入住感觉。
