  酒店很棒，早餐不错，停车方便，前台甜甜服务好，丹丹服务热情，位置很好。大堂大气，前台服务热情周到，告知住店客人停车免费，退房便捷。客房空调温度舒适，房间视野奈斯，客房大姐特别热情，听说最好的酒店，商业中心，旅游景点，无烟楼层的，房间干净，卫生好，对面万达，视野开阔，放心住，舒适，安逸，整洁，服务员都热情，经济实惠，性价比很高。专业，耐心。 人性化，早餐品种多，丰富，有特色的小吃，餐厅服务好，礼宾主动询问，主动拿东西，还送了儿童用品，小朋友很开心，很喜欢

  第一次来淮安旅游，就被淮安人民的善良和热情深深感动。 因为到酒店的时间比较早，还没有到标准的入住时间，然而我又累又冷，抱着试试看的心情跟前台沟通。前台两位姑娘非常善解人意，经过内部多次商量之后让我提前入住了，非常暖心。事后我问了两位前台姑娘的名字，一位是苗苗，另一位是玲玲。非常感谢，两位美丽善良的好姑娘，金陵酒店有你们这样的员工是我们旅客的幸运。 酒店房间很大，非常干净，也比较安静，设施基本上完善。唯一小问题是卫生间没有晾衣服的地方，不太方便。 早餐很丰富，荤素搭配，也有馄饨、阳春面等特色小吃，非常过瘾。 最后，还要再次表扬前台员工玲玲和苗苗，感谢。🙏

  环境很好，地处繁华地段，对面就是万达广场，早餐非常棒，品种多，在此特别感谢一下酒店前台接待，因我带着八十多岁老人，住的十楼，晚上面对万达广场放音乐有些大，我给前台电话反应，马上就说给我换房间，安排到楼层高安静的房间，楼层服务员很快就敲门来说给换房并且给拿来了新换房间的房卡，非常迅速并且礼貌的解决了，再次感谢啊。（出门右拐100米是个有地方特色的老淮安饭店）

  自驾游去淮安的，当时就随便订了房间，大概中午的时间，接到酒店电话，说预计什么时候到酒店，提前会跟我们把房间空调开好，有没有小孩或老人，到时候房间会优先安排，感谢酒店周雪小姐，服务到位，很热情，到了酒店正好遇到一位张毅先生，咨询的当地特色菜肴，旅游景点，酒店虽然老了点，但是工作人员都很热情，前台黄先生笑眯眯的

  环境好，地理位置更加不错，马路对面就是大型的购物广场万达，斜对面就是通往市区的有轨电车。前台办理入住不仅有免费的房型升级服务， 还会提供免费的水果。特别感谢前台的苏敏李丹两位女士，给我免费升级了房型，还给我介绍了各种注意点还有好玩的景点。房间里面很大，wifi信号也很好， 房间里的小装饰品的设计也很有特色。性价比很好，下次我还来。
