曙光酒店环境干净，早餐非常丰富在淮安酒店中属于最用心的。服务员态度棒棒的，尤其是服务员朱美女服务细心。建议:加强对保洁人员管理，让他们熟悉房间电器设备使用，保险箱子使用，智能马桶的使用。

在比较热闹的市中心，周围环境还是可以的，车水马龙相当热闹，然后小吃外卖都可以吃到叫到十分方便，酒店内环境还算不错，就是没有订到儿童房间就没配备儿童用品，只好前台额外索取，不过服务人员还是都很热心的！希望下次可以住儿童房体验

总体感觉挺好的，地理位置很好，下楼就是市中心，走两步就是购物街。九点餐厅不错，性价比很高。酒店服务不错。就睡过了早班没来及吃。

酒店在市中心,旁边就是金鹰,交通方便,环境好,酒店没施还是不错的,房间空调很给力,隔音效果好,早餐也很丰富且服务员很有礼貌,站在一旁跟踪服务这是其他酒店不能比的。要说不足之处,一是房间内灯光偏暗,不适合看书学习,二是停车场灯光太暗,到达酒店内要走内部通道,且没有保安,一旦东西被抢,根本无法救援,存在较大安全隐患,作为一个四星级的酒店这些都是需要改进的
