酒店环境不错，设施设备都很贵高档，服务态度真好，特别是前台的小姑娘真漂亮，服务态度也好，我们需要什么就立马服务到位，下次还回来，值得推荐

酒店设施比较新，应该是想做精品酒店。硬件设施还需要加强，酒店空调质量不是很好，即便调成最小风力也是很大噪音，我入住的房间居然会有洗衣机的洗衣声，虽然酒店找人来维修，不知道是否真维修了，一直到我们走都有噪音，很影响我们休息。另外说一下酒店服务人员的素质，尤其是前台人员的服务，是我住过酒店里面最差的前台服务。酒店的客房经理（高个子的），想的是怎么把客人口袋里面的钱淘出来更多而不是想的是怎么做好自己的酒店服务，我是淮南人，出去这么多年回到自己家乡面对的家乡这种酒店服务也是无语了，希望酒店能够提升自己服务意识，服务好了顾客，顾客满意自然会回头。

酒店设计感不错，从外面看这里应该是这个楼盘原来的售楼部改的，进去之后，感觉细节做的还可以，服务也比较贴心，应该是当地为数不多的有情怀的酒店！值得推荐
