装璜很有特色，价格也很便宜，关键地理位置方便离汽车站近，酒店旁边的巷子进去后全是吃的，很不错的选择，下次来淮南还住这边！

酒店还可以。强烈抗议前台服务员对客人的说话态度极其生硬、恶劣，没有礼貌待客。入住登记时服务人员对客人说话冷淡，住两天，给你房卡刷一天，第二天你还要到总台去重新刷卡，而且如住一天（在艺龙网订的136元/每天），总台要让客人交500元的押金，问其为何这么多？答：说是酒店就是这么规定的。这个酒店这么做简直是无稽之谈！酒店不管是好是差，服务人员的态度和服务素质是首要的。希望淮南西湖风尚酒店的领导要好好整顿提高酒店人员的服务态度和素质。这个酒店前台服务人员的素质比起锦江之星、如家酒店前台的素质差了很多。
